Hi, I’m Tania
Born and raised in Manchester, and now a long-term London resident, I am a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist dedicated to helping women navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive environment.
A counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice, I work online and from Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill and at Rooms for Therapists in West Hampstead. Previously, I have worked as a mental health support worker and in the NHS supporting people on probation who have personality difficulties.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialise in working with the lasting impact of childhood experiences that continue to shape how you feel, relate, and see yourself in adulthood. Many of the women I work with feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in the same-old patterns in relationships, or caught in overthinking.
I understand how confusing and painful that can feel. My approach is calm, collaborative, and grounded in both talk therapy and body-based therapy. I won’t judge you or rush you. We will go at your pace, creating a space where you can feel understood, believed and safe to share whatever is there.
Taking the next step
Reaching out can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own or if therapy hasn’t helped in the past.
We can go gently.
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation so we can meet and see whether this feels like the right fit for you. There’s no pressure, just space to talk and ask any questions you may have.
If it feels right, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
