About ACT

As a compassionate and experienced integrative psychotherapist, I am dedicated to supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges within a safe, attuned, and supportive therapeutic space. Drawing on a range of approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centred, solution-focused, and somatic therapies—I tailor each programme and session to meet your unique needs, preferences, and goals.
I am trained in all four levels of Lifespan Integration (LI) therapy and work with clients to heal from past attachment wounds and trauma held within the body. This gentle yet powerful approach uses timeline repetition to support the nervous system in developing a sense of safety, continuity, and resilience, allowing for deep and lasting change. Lifespan Integration can be effective for both single-incident trauma and long-standing, complex trauma histories.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I recognise the profound impact that early experiences and life events can have on emotional wellbeing. I work collaboratively with each client, ensuring therapy is paced carefully and respectfully, with a strong emphasis on empowerment, consent, and self-awareness. I believe therapy is most effective when it evolves organically, and I welcome open, ongoing dialogue so sessions remain aligned with your growth and changing needs.
My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences while gently regulating and reintegrating your system. I offer online therapy for both short-term support and longer-term therapeutic work.
